Our History
Aunt V's Expressions (now called Aunt V's Promotional Products) was founded on the vision of creative products with a high standard of quality control. It has always been our mission to provide locally made products you will be proud to give. We understand the value you place on your company or organization. We know what your logo means to you. Your promotional products need to maintain this same level of pride. That is why we have always used products with a durable coating to protect what we print with brilliant inks. We refuse to settle for low grade products that have been printed in substandard conditions. Many high volume promotional product distributors simply resell poorly made imported products. We locally print all of our products and guarantee these products meet our goals before we deliver.
About Aunt V
We created this company in memory of Aunt Vivian. We hope to honor her memory with quality craftsmanship and work ethic. We've attached the following memories of Aunt V written by Patrick, founder of Aunt V's Expressions.
"I remember Aunt V fondly from childhood until she passed away in my late teens. Her house was a focal point of conversations for all age groups. She could entertain the smallest of children to fellow seniors with her freshly baked cakes, bars, and rolls. Her house always felt like a favorite neighborhood bakery. Her kitchen was always warm on cold days and you could sit around her table for hours.
Throughout the day her three kitchen chairs could seat 15 different people. Some summer nights you could hear her conversations through her open kitchen windows until 2AM. She loved to discuss politics, sports, and current events. She was well read and had plenty of facts to keep the conversation going. And of course, she always knew just what the Packers needed to do to improve or keep winning.
Aunt V loved to cook and could always talk about preparing fish from the Big Lake or venison taken from the recent season. She loved when the fish were biting and her visitors brought lake trout and walleye. She would call the hunting camp to find out if anyone had shot a deer, but more importantly if the camp needed more food. It was figured anyone could gain 10 lbs eating just the food Aunt V sent out to hunting camp. Her fancy spaghetti is still craved today by anyone that had it.
Most important to me, Aunt V treasured a hard work ethic. She worked as a nurse on the cancer wing of a local hospital most of her adult life. During her career, she cared for countless terminal patients. I am very grateful she passed her work ethic and compassion on. She always held me to that high standard mowing her lawn as a child. I still remember moving all of the garden gnomes, wishing wells, and weather vanes before and after mowing. It seemed like a lot of work at the time, but proved to always be worth her praise and a large piece of cake when I finished!" - Patrick
